Website Redesign RFP

Are you or do you know someone looking to gain experience with web design and development?

OutFront Minnesota is currently seeking a talented individual or small group of individuals who are willing to volunteer their time and skills to overhaul the website of a valuable non-profit group working for a good cause. (Just look around your screen and you can see why.)

About OutFront Minnesota

OutFront Minnesota is a nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving GLBT equality in Minnesota. Our mission is to make our state a place where GLBT Minnesotans have the freedom, power, and confidence to make the best choices for their own lives. Our areas of focus include public policy, anti-violence, education and training, and the law.

Our target audience is GLBT individuals and allies and people seeking to learn about GLBT issues, and we would like our website design to reflect that.

About the Project

We need a new, easy to navigate, clean website. We'd like it to be easy to navigate and reflect the culture of the organization. We want it to be very easy for visitors to donate and take action.

What we already have versus what the provider will deliver: We will write the copy for the website and provide images. We are looking for a clean design and a website that's easy to navigate.

Qualifications

• Professional website design experience required
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with CSS, HTML, and website design
• Experience installing and configuring web-based Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of nonprofit web design best practices
• Experience designing nonprofit websites a plus

Since OutFront Minnesota is a nonprofit organization on a tight budget, we are seeking a provider who is willing to provide website redesign services at no or significantly reduced cost.
