The truth about "ex-gay" ministries
Myths and deliberate misinformation are the trademark of the so-called "ex-gay" movement. Despite overwhelming rejection of "reparative" therapies by every legitimate professional health care association, some organizations seek to "convert" GLBT people into becoming heterosexual; efforts that are not only futile, but harmful.
The best way to help members of our community from becoming victims of "ex-gay" organizations is to learn about and effectively counter their agenda and damaging message.
